Senior Network Operations Coordinator - Temp Conversion

Modivcare is looking for an experienced Senior Network Operations Coordinator. You will serve as the central coordinator for the market assigned to you. You will balance the needs of the Client with the needs of the Independent Network of Providers in your market to drive both gross margin and network health and stability. You will also play key role in ensuring that all providers remain fully credentialed to maximize their availability.
You will...

• Cultivate and maintain strong, positive working relationships with the independent transportation provider network to which they are assigned.
• Develop prospective trips and present the opportunities to network providers to ensure that:
• Network resources are used efficiently to ensure gross margin goals are met or exceeded, and;
• Activity levels for all independent transportation providers in the network are sufficient to make a continued relationship with us viable for them as a business opportunity
• Maintain the strength of the Independent Transportation Provider Network by ensuring that each provider remains certified and eligible to accept jobs.
• Maintain an awareness of the state and usage of the Network and identify opportunities for potential network and revenue growth.
• Complete all documentation and process tasks associated with billing for independent transportation providers
• Ensure accurate trip data input
• Provide backup to the Provider phone line as needed, and assist with issue resolution, rerouting and same-day trip corrections.

We are excited to speak to someone with the following...

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required 2 to 4 years of routing, scheduling and/or dispatch experience required
• 2+ years experience in NEMT or ambulance dispatching preferred
• Knowledge of transit system and/or knowledge of Medicaid guidelines and covered services a plus
