Senior Node JS Engineer

At Dubizzle Labs, we are looking to further expand our Pakistan engineering office of already 300+. We are most interested in bringing on board colleagues who love to learn, perform, and teach. We are building a high-quality engineering environment with a super focus on delivering value to customers. Your primary responsibility would be to build world-class suite products to support the hyper-growth of our businesses in 10 countries.

You will be working with real estate industry shapers and leaders to define a remarkable experience for our 5 million monthly consumers looking for renting or buying a property. You will be employing real users' data to make design decisions and help define the product's vision by incorporating clients' feedback

Job Requirements:

The Must-haves:

• 3 - 5 years of experience with Node.JS and relevant technologies
• Experience working With React/Vue, Next.js and Strapi CMS
• Should know SQL
• Experience with MySQL and/or Postgres
• Should know HTML, CSS and front-end development in general. If asked to make a landing page, it should be pixel-perfect.
• Must know JavaScript to an advanced level
• Writing scalable APIs in Node.js
• Understanding of best practices in web development and their trade-offs

The Nice-to-haves:

• Experience working with PHP and Laravel
• Experience working with WordPress including customization and website development
