Senior O365 Consultant

The Senior Office 365 Consultant position is responsible for the scoping, assessment, planning, design, testing, and technical documentation for the implementation, support, and migration of enterprise cloud solutions using Office 365 and related core technologies including Active Directory, cloud identity utilizing Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange, and Entra Connect. The Consultant will possess and maintain expertise in these platforms utilizing that knowledge to inspire and inform customers, coworkers, and strategic partners on innovative solutions to address business requirements.

Essential Functions

• Surface and analyze customer business requirements.
• Translate requirements into an Architectural design and influence the deployment of key infrastructure components
• Design, construct, configure, and maintain e-mail technologies such as Exchange On-Premises, Exchange Online and third-party tooling solutions.
• Plan and Execute an end-to-end migrations of the target workloads
• Maintain a thorough understanding of existing and emerging Office 365 and related core technologies

• Has ownership stake in the delivery of the scope while assisting in managing customer expectations

Education, Certifications, and Experience

• Exchange: Must have real-world, hands on experience delivering messaging and collaboration solutions utilizing Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 within large complex environments.
• Hybrid e-mail migrations: Candidate must have in-depth experience deploying Exchange hybrid servers, configuring and utilizing Exchange hybrid migrations, and troubleshooting hybrid migrations.
• Third-party e-mail migrations: Candidate should have experience in modern third-party migration solutions, specifically BitTitan and Quest On-Demand Migration tools. Source platform experience should be Exchange On-Premises, Exchange Online, Google, GoDaddy, hosted e-mail solutions and POP/IMAP migrations.
• Office 365: Microsoft Entra ID, Entra Connect, Exchange On-Premises, Exchange Online, Defender for Office 365, and other O365 workloads
• Active Directory: Must have real-world experience helping to managing and maintaining AD, GPO's etc.
• Must be highly proficient in PowerShell, with experience in automation and attribute manipulation.
