Senior Offering Management Specialist for Honeywell International, Inc. (Atlanta, GA)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Interact with customers/stakeholders in VOC requirements-gathering, fine tuning, and obtaining product feedback and incorporate that into product decisions as appropriate.
-Translate the product vision and priorities into comprehensive product requirements.
-Work with scrum teams to develop product increment (PI) plans & executes PI integrations.
-Develop user stories and offering specifications.
-Research and track competitive offerings.
-Groom and maintain the product backlog.
-Engage frequently with the development team to decompose and estimate stories; facilitates discussions, provides clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contributes to design activities and decisions.
-Shepherd features through the product lifecycle from definition to execution and deployment.
-Monitor and measure usage and effectiveness of product features and react accordingly.
-Attend scrum meetings including standups, retrospectives, and demos.
-Create wireframes/mockups and work with UX/UI team on user experience and interactions.
-Document release notes for new features and enhancements.
-Write acceptance criteria with product marketers.
-Demonstrate latest iteration to customers.
-Develop and execute go-to-market plans and manage the entire offering lifecycle.
-Gather and analyze market trends, competitive data, and customer input to develop offerings value proposition and positioning.
-Create and deliver effective competitive selling tools.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
-Job Site: Atlanta, GA
-40 hours/week
-Eligible for Employee Referral Program: $1500

YOU MUST HAVE:
Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering, or related field and 5 years of experience.
Full term of experience must include: product owner experience and/or Business Analyst experience; gathering customer's requirements and authoring them into meaningful product requirements with associated financial business case; owning and executing a strategic product roadmap; working with UX design teams in developing user personas, use cases, and technical product requirements in user-centered design methodologies; current web and mobile trends & technologies and the ability to apply them effectively; with agile/scrum development methodologies with ability to author user stories/epics/acceptance criteria for product development; provide analytical, problem solving, and creative thinking in connection with the influence of stakeholders with data; forward looking technologies and hands-on experience, including SOAP or REST protocols, and Web-based and RESTful APIs; and web and mobile trends.
Must possess SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification.
Up to 25% international and domestic travel required.
Telecommuting permitted up to two times per week.
