Job Description:
This role is responsible for the day-to-day analysis, research and resolution of various issues identified within a business unit. Key responsibilities of the role include building new procedures, completing complex non-routine analytics, creating reports and reviewing exception testing and processing. These individuals support continuous improvement of processes by identifying trends and understanding the operations environment.
Responsibilities:
• Leads implementation for products/services and operational solutions.
• Manages the design, document, implementation and monitoring of new products/services
• Provides consulting on procedural, technical and/or operational changes
• Advances business products knowledge within operations environment
• Fosters relationships with partners and teammates
• Inspects data to identify issues and trends
• Presents reporting on key performance and implementation status
Required Skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Typing and Data entry experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with ability to meet deadlines in a changing production environment
- Experience with working independently and on teams
- Able to work overtime when needed
