General Summary:The Senior Operations Analyst is responsible for using data analysis tools and techniques to identify inefficiencies, streamline processes, improve systems and automation, and provide data-driven recommendations to increase productivity across the organization. This role works in partnership with cross-functional teams to provide data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence to help drive operational excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides support to cross-functional teams, with a high attention to detail
  • Researches, analyzes, and documents findings
  • May influence others within cross-functional teams through the explanation of facts, policies, and practices
  • Gathers and analyzes data, develops solutions to problems, and evaluates the effectiveness of new practices and procedures
  • Develops and implements solutions to improve overall organizational performance
  • Presents findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders in a clear, concise manner
  • Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of new practices and procedures to ensure sustained improvements
  • Collaborates with management and staff to identify areas for improvement and to develop new processes, procedures, and automation
  • Implements new processes, procedures, systems, and automation when applicable
  • Stays current on industry trends and best practices through participation in meetings, workshops, and training sessions
  • Conducts surveys and other research to gather data for analysis
  • Coordinates cross-functional communication to align initiatives and strategies to drive efficiency
  • Analyzes data to identify key performance indicators and ways to measure them
  • Monitors accurate and efficient distribution of reports with business intelligence, recommending adjustments as needed

  • Ability to work independently on projects and processes with general supervision
  • Practical knowledge of applicable work area
  • Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per business and/or partner requirement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented with strong project management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices, and willingness to stay current on them through participation in meetings, workshops, and training sessions
  • Ability to identify risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Ability to analyze complex data from multiple sources
  • Strong ability to develop solutions or alternative practices to improve performance

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience gathering and analyzing data, providing data-driven solutions, and evaluating the effectiveness of new solutions and procedures
  • Preferred: Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Project Management Professional (PMP), or other relevant certifications

Working Conditions:

  • Onsite/Hybrid/Remote depending on location
  • •0-10% travel may be required
