THE ROLE: Senior Operations Analyst

We’re looking for…

...an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Operations Analyst to join our Operations team based in Shepherdsville, Kentucky.  Reporting to the Director of Operations Analytics, you will have a passion for analyzing and improving operational efficiency, as well as a strong understanding of e-commerce operations and logistics. You will be responsible for analyzing data and providing recommendations to improve operational processes and enhance customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Collect and analyze data related to e-commerce operations, including sales, inventory, order processing, shipping, and returns
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights from the data to develop recommendations to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
• Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, finance, and customer service, to develop and implement operational improvements
• Proactively seek to identify areas of opportunity for process improvement and provide solutions based on a broad and deep knowledge of data resources, industry best-practices, and determine ROI
• Present insights and recommendations clearly to the leadership team to drive improved results
• Provide ad hoc reporting as needed to support various sprints, projects and initiatives

• • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations analysis or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools, such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly present complex data to non-technical stakeholders
  • Utilizes various tools, techniques, and expertise of data mining, predictive analytics, regression analysis, etc.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, logistics systems, and supply chain management

• • Hands-on operational experience: understands the day-to-day challenges encountered in operations environments, has a feel for common-sense processes and is adept at thinking on their feet to solve problems quickly
  • Manhattan WMS Experience
  • Familiar with Labor Management Systems and Payroll/Timekeeping Systems (UKG/ADP)
