The Role

The Marketplace Recruiting Operations teams, responsible for onboarding, credentialing, and maintaining high quality healthcare professionals, must take their internal processes, systems, and analytics to the next level in order to drive extremely fast growth of our professional network. We operate similar to a Revenue Operations team, but with a focus on building and maintaining a healthy and thriving marketplace.

We’re seeking a Senior Operations Analyst with a passion for driving efficiency and revenue through data analysis. This individual will have a strong curiosity for data and the ability to identify insights and recommend action based on those findings. These findings will help drive the balance of supply and demand, maintaining a healthy marketplace in the healthcare space.

You will:

• Manage analysis and KPI tracking around the success of our marketplace initiatives

• Partner with Strategic Finance, Product, Business Intelligence, Sales, and Account Management to continuously update and enhance the forecast and methodology for our recruitment needs

• Monitor the healthcare professional application and onboarding funnel to identify opportunities and implement solutions based on our supply needs

• Act as a steward and expert on the clinical data in the Medely product

• Conduct regular deep dives and analysis to enable the leadership team to make fast decisions

• Partner with the Business Intelligence and Product team to validate data, assumptions, and extract key insights for the Clinical Operations executives 

• Establish productivity benchmarks for each applicable Clinical Operations team, track against them, and give insights into success stories along with opportunities

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of experience in the following areas: 

  • Sales, Marketing, Revenue, and/or Recruiting Operations Team

  • Analyzing complex data and providing business recommendations

• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate data driven insights and recommendations in a clear, concise and effective manner.

• Advanced Excel Required, SQL, Tableau, Metabase Experience Preferred.

• Strong curiosity about data. Passion for searching for insights and trends across multiple data sets. 

• A self starter who thrives in a dynamic and agile environment.

• Excellent executive presence, facilitation skills, drive for results, attention to quality and detail, and a collaborative attitude.

• Strong ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.

• Healthcare Industry Knowledge a plus but not required.

Compensation Range: $107K - $119K
