About the Team
The Zoom Operations and Enablement team empowers the COO Org to work more efficiently and effectively as they deliver quality services to their business partners.
What we're looking for

• Experience in operations management, with a focus on program management and process improvement.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Experience with project management tools and techniques.
• Experience implementing communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and engaged in operational initiatives.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$105,600.00
Maximum:
$195,400.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
