Senior Operations Engineer, Premier Integrations

We are looking for a talented and skilled Operations Engineer focused on Integration platforms to join our team in Gothenburg. You will be working as a part of our Premier Integrations Product team, supporting the team with Dev and QA environments for selected integration platforms. As part of the team you will also support your teammates with the automated build pipeline, building and deploying servers for development as well as supporting the field with demo environments. 

A key element is infrastructure automation and development of a wide range of 3rd party platforms used within our integrations business area. You will be part of a global team and work closely together with colleagues in Sweden, US and the Philippines.

You have at least a couple of years of experience in infrastructure management and coding. You are a self-starter and have good communication skills.

What you will be doing

• Based in our Gothenburg office you will be working in a global product team within the Premier Integrations product area and focus on infrastructure and platforms
• Deploy, maintain and monitor backends that function as API endpoints for 3rd party platforms which Recorded Future integrate with
• Building and deploying servers for development, test and demo environments of various 3rd party platforms as part of the Premier Integrations Product team
• Automating provisioning of selected 3rd party platforms to simplify setting up new environments
• Maintain and monitor demo environments used by the field when demoing to customers and prospects
• Debugging issues and solving problems in the supported environments
• Support the team members in Premier Integrations Product team with Dev and QA environments for selected integration platforms
• Provide input to planning, estimates and work break down
• Take lead on and drive prioritized work packages
• Provide documentation for the technical area
• Code reviews and review of solution for new implementation and improvements
• Hold knowledge sharing sessions and training

What you will need

• Minimum 5 years experience working in relevant area
• Relevant education or experience, M Sc or equivalent
• Solid experience in setting up and maintaining cloud based environments on AWS/Azure as well as account management and structure on AWS/Azure
• Quick learner and ability to take on new technologies and tools
• Experience as a developer, preferably with Ruby/Python 
• Architectural experience in designing new proposals and solutions
• Experience working with infrastructure automation technologies as Chef, Puppet, SaltStack, Terraform, Jenkins etc.
• A background in UNIX and a love of replacing the command­ line with automation
• Fluent in English
