Senior Operations Executive (Platform)

• Manage a team of 2 executives on daily operation activities
• Train and support team members to enhance productivities and customer satisfaction
• Proactively develop initiatives to drive customer excellence of the department 
• Be the first contact point for solve customer complains
• Monthly provide performance feedback to team members

Who you are

• Degree holder or above
• With 3-5 years relevant working experience in recruiting and managing drivers (preferably logistics platform companies)
• Hands on and on-site person 
• Can travel to the site as job requirement
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with basic computer and software knowledge
• Good problem solving, communication, analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and well organized
• Enthusiastic in logistics, technology, and e-commerce industries
