We’re looking for a Senior Operations Manager that will work closely as a right-hand person alongside our CEO. You’ll get to work with an amazing close-knit team and help us create an amazing product experience for millions of people to do money better.

THE ROLE

As a Senior Operations Manager, you’ll report directly to the CEO at WeMoney managing the entire operational footprint of business ranging from HR, finance/accounting all the way to vendor management ensuring the business operates like a well-oiled machine. This is a senior critical role at a fast-growing fintech with room to expand to further senior and executive leadership positions within the business.

HOW YOU CONTRIBUTE

• Lead operations for HR, finance/accounting, and partner with the CEO to ensure sufficient capital to achieve growth targets for both short and long-term objectives
• Set and monitor performance and growth through comprehensive goals, and establish corrective measures as needed
• Vendor relationship management across the entire business including negotiation and assistance with vendor assessment and selection
• Systemised business process and record-keeping - the ability to steer the ship in all back-office functions to ensure operational excellence
• Financial modelling and analysis of key business lines including cost and revenue centres
• Manage and track strategic business projects

Requirements

• 8+ years of operational experience in an operational and accounting environment
• Candidates who have a professional qualification in accounting are viewed highly desirably for this role
• Deep expertise in utilizing data for both reporting and interpreting insights to make key business decisions
• Strong leadership, engagement, organization, team influence, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to deliver high-performance results, no matter the obstacles or degree of difficulty
• An extreme ownership mindset & a bias for action and unrelenting passion to “get the job done”
