Redesign Health is a company that powers innovation in healthcare. We develop technologies, tools, and insights that lower the barriers to change in healthcare, and provide a platform that enables founders and the broader healthcare ecosystem to build high-quality health solutions at scale.  We have powered the launch of over 30 companies to-date including Lively, Ever/Body, Calibrate, Vault Health, Springtide, HealthQuarters, Proper, Anomaly, Jasper, MedArrive, Intrinsic, UpLift, Kins, Keen, Overalls, and stealth ventures in health equity, kidney care, women’s health, complementary medicine, and many more.  We’re on a mission to redesign health for everyone.

About the Company

StealthCo is building a virtual-first, home-based cardiac rehab (CR) solution that provides a comprehensive set of tools to educate, rehabilitate, and empower heart disease patients to live the lives they aspire to live, and in doing so, reduce their lifetime all-cause mortality risk by 50%. By leveraging technology and evidence-based care plans that are infused into a behavioral change framework, StealthCo’s virtual CR program reduces barriers to care and effectively addresses patients’ physical and mental health needs from home. By extending CR services to eligible patients that hospital outpatient-based programs do not have capacity for, StealthCo allows Health Systems to serve a broader patient base and gain a new profit center. Further, our clinical model has the flexibility to scale across all heart and vascular service lines and beyond, reducing mortality risk for the chronic disease patients who need this care the most.

At StealthCo, your scope will cover the entire tech stack. You will deploy and maintain cloud based architectures, lead Health System partner security reviews and integrations, and support the launch of innovative patient-facing app features that drive behavior change.
