Senior Operations Manager - Downtown Dallas

Your Role
The Senior Manager of Retail Performance and Store Operations manages resources and upholds operational performance to support and maximize sales and profitability in their assigned store. They are also responsible for enhancing the customer experience to improve sales performance and bottom-line profitability. The Senior RPSO Manager works on-site in the assigned store and will report to the General Manager.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and be accountable for the daily execution of store operations:
- Inbound and Outbound merchandise movement
- Accurate order fulfillment for online orders
- Support merchandise price changes
- Manage expenses to guide profitability for assigned stores
- Manage all payroll and non-payroll expenses
- Oversee all labor, scheduling, and staffing of assigned stores
- Flexes resources, processes, and behaviors to maximize operational efficiency
- Prioritize team workload and focus to achieve sales and profitability
- Directly manage performance of Sales Support Managers and Loss Prevention Leaders
- Responsible for store inventory accuracy and leads the physical inventory process for assigned stores
What You Bring
- 7+ years of experience, luxury retail fashion experience
- Proven track record achieving results
- History of leading, motivating, and coaching teams
- Strong analytical skills
- In-depth knowledge of profit and loss management
- MS Office Product Suite proficient
- Certain roles may require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 10 pounds
- Schedule will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
