ABOUT THE ROLE 🤹‍♀️

• You will be responsible for all operational and business components of the Negotiations business, such as maintaining and creating new SOP's, reporting, issue resolution, and managing business partnerships. Exceed business targets for revenue and profitability
• Lead and grow a large, high impact global team, where you will work closely with Product, Finance, and Engineering leaders
• Partner and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance & Legal teams to set and execute the overall business strategy for our Negotiations product
• Create operational reporting and run monthly reviews with the leadership team.
• Design and implement process improvements and developments which will continue to enhance the product experience for Rocket Money users
• Develop InfoSec reporting, monitoring and issue resolution with our internal Security and Legal teams; take executive action that our data is always secure
• Constantly strive to improve productivity and efficiency to make sure team-level KPI's are met

ABOUT YOU 🦄

• 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, or Product Management
• Experience maintaining SLAs, demonstrated skill of measuring team impact, and history of ability to manage and influence KPI's
• Analytically minded - you find and create ways to gather data and use it to lead decisions
• Strong collaboration in team environment, but able to act quickly as a the decision-maker
• Experience at a fast-growing consumer startup in a cross-functional environment
• Owner's mindset - you don't shy away from the hard stuff, and you're not afraid to get your hands dirty, even if it's "not your job"
• Passion for our mission: Improve the financial health of millions of people
• Prior fintech experience is a plus

Additional information: Salary range of $90,000 - $115,000/year + bonus + benefits. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skill, and experience.
