Enphase is introducing a new technology called Ensemble which allows seamless operation of energy resources such as inverters, storage systems, and loads to operate in a microgrid environment whether connected to a grid or not. This technology allows us to meet predefined Quality of Service specification and Economic objectives.
Enphase is in the process of transferring high end microinverter manufacturing to US. We are looking for a motivated and self-driven Senior Operations Program Manager who can manage operations including factory qualification, capacity planning, logistics and order delivery management in US.
What you can look forward to:
- Lead all project management aspects of qualifying multiple new factories in the USA.
- Lead all project management aspects of transferring existing products to US factories.
- Manage new product introductions from concept phase to production.
- Generate and manage capacity planning to meet Enphase ramp demands.
- Create global 2nd source strategy to migrate the supply chain risk.
- Coordinate activities between cross-functional teams (Engineering, supply chain, Quality, manufacturing) to meet delivery requirements.
- High visibility updates to senior management for product milestone and Operations Review meetings.
- Support manufacturing teams for Cycle Time and OEE improvements.
- Be the de-facto operations leader for miscellaneous projects in US factories.
What you typically need to do it well:
- B.S. in Engineering, or other suitable educational background or work experience
- 15+ years of experience in manufacturing/factory operations
- Project Management skillset to schedule projects and coordinate cross function teams.
- Provide leadership to the internal/external teams.
- Expert knowledge of demand/factory planning and capacity planning
- Data analysis skill to monitor/detect/resolve problems in factory operation.
- Microsoft Excel, Word and PPT experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- English is required working language.

The base pay range for this position is $115,000 to $150,000 per year. This salary range may be modified in the future. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, education or training, work location, and market conditions. This position is also eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
