Job Description:

As the Senior Operations Site Manager for the Charlotte, NC Lockbox Site, you will hold a critical position in managing and directing the day-to-day operations of the Lockbox team. Your primary role will be to lead day to day operations, develop teams, maintain high client service standards, and improve efficiencies. Let's delve into the key aspects of your role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop teams: Provide strong leadership and management support to the supervisory and processing teams with moderate work complexity and risk.
• Resource Planning: Coordinate resource planning to meet client service levels and quality goals for the site, which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.
• Metrics Management: Meet or exceed business unit metrics, including client SLAs, Quality and efficiency goals and compliance requirements.
• People Management: Ensure proper engagement and communication is in place across all shifts to include coaching, performance feedback and payroll support.
• Innovation and Efficiency: Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development.
• Operations Contact: Act as the day-to-day operations contact, resolving system issues and providing feedback on client quality and daily operational matters. Collaborate with support functions to address production issues.
• Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with all organization policies and local regulations.
• Risk Management: Understand risk management practices and contribute to business continuity plans.
• Functional Understanding: Lead and comprehend the daily functions and activities across multiple functional teams during the shift, aligning with client service levels and quality goals.

Must be able to oversee and understand the following duties:

• Lockbox payment processing to include sorting mail, batch prep, scanning of documents, transmission, and other client output deliverables.
• Ability to manage large 24 x 7 operations in high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities to include a team of shift supervisors with 100+ associates.
• Understand banking procedures, payment processing, check processing, and auditing standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and strong partnership and collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years Operations payment processing experience.
• 3+ years of management experience managing large operations teams.
• Familiar with Wholesale and Retail Lockbox processing and equipment.
• Experience with computers, Office applications and lockbox technology.
• May be subject to working non-standard, rotating, or extended shifts.
• May be required to sit for extended periods of time.
• May be subject to frequent standing or moving throughout the facility.

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $170,000.
