Currently, we are looking for a highly experienced, team-oriented Senior Oracle Cloud Project Manager - K-12, to join our team with a strong background with Oracle Cloud for Government. K-12 is a primary market focus for AST; we are constantly looking to improve and refine our approach for these clients and are looking for the right industry expert to help us on the journey. This is a US based, full-time and remote position, with travel to customer sites as needed (approx. 40%). Previous experience within the Public Sector (K-12 and/or State/Local Government) is mandatory.

What You'll Do:

• Contribute, develop, and aid in refining AST's K12 business strategies, best practices and methodologies.
• Provide strategic input into AST's K12 intellectual property development.
• Develop, lead and participate in client presentations and industry conferences.
• Manage Oracle Cloud implementation projects that are either rapid or multi-year pillar engagements with our public sector clients.
• Manage AST US and Canada-based Oracle Cloud implementation projects that with Government to Commercial clients.
• Engage with AST and client executives, business stakeholders and combined client and AST project teams to ensure adherence to AST's project methodology and the success of engagements with varying levels of complexity.
• Prepare weekly project status reporting for various audiences (project PMO, Steering Committee and AST Management.
• Manage project resources and project timeline to the established project budget, addressing all changes in scope according to the project change control process.
• Develop and manage MS project schedules.
• Assist with business development initiatives including presentations, proposals, and statements of work.
• Proactively reports risk and deliverable issues to superiors for assistance as soon as possible.
• Develops strong client relationships and performs the role of primary interface with the client.
• Communicates deliverables, conducts client meetings, obtains required client sign off and specifications, client acceptance and billing.
• Facilitate cross workstream collaboration to support public sector industry best practices by using appropriate methodologies (such as risk mitigation/management, change/control management and contract management).

What You Bring:

• A minimum of 8 years of consulting experience or equivalent in managing multi-phase and complex Oracle Cloud implementations
• A minimum of 5 years of managing projects/programs supporting public sector clients within state/local government and/or K-12
• Prior experience with ERP and HCM SaaS applications preferably with Oracle Cloud.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Collaborative team player who demonstrates willingness to support multiple aspects of the business (sales, presales, marketing, delivery)
• Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service focused mentality
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse groups and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to ever-changing and evolving project environments.
• PMP Certified (highly recommended).
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, especially to facilitate the resolution of cross-team challenges.
• Ability to fully utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
• Manage and collaborate with an offshore delivery arm of the overall project team, for both functional and technical delivery tasks.
