Senior Oracle DB Developer

• Develop and Maintain PL/SQL Code: Write efficient and maintainable PL/SQL code to support application requirements, including stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers.
• Database Design and Optimization: Design and optimize database schema, indexes, and other database objects to ensure high performance and scalability.
• Data Integration: Develop and maintain ETL processes to integrate data from various sources into the Oracle database.
• Performance Tuning: Monitor and tune database performance, troubleshoot performance issues, and implement solutions to optimize query execution.
• Collaborate with Development Teams: Work closely with application developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and operational procedures.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute unit tests, and support system and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of delivered solutions.
• Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing PL/SQL code and database systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in PL/SQL programming and SQL.
• Experience with Oracle database versions (e.g., Oracle 12c, 19c).
• Strong understanding of database concepts, normalization, and data modeling
• Experience with performance tuning and query optimization.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and tools.
• Knowledge of Oracle tools and utilities (e.g., SQL*Plus, Oracle SQL Developer, PLSQL Developer).
• Working Knowledge of NoSQL ( Mongo DB ) will be advantageous
