Currently, we are looking for a Senior Architect with Oracle OIC experience to join our team. This is a full-time position that can sit anywhere in the United States.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

What You will do:

• As a Senior Architect, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution
• You will get to meet new clients and design the best technology solutions using cloud-native stacks
• You'll be responsible for driving consensus between stakeholders to create the best solution for given business problems

• Option to 100% work from home, may require business travel (less than 25%)

What You will bring:

Demonstrates extensive-level abilities and success with managing the identification and addressing of client needs. As an Architect, you have an expert understanding of the following areas:

• 10-15 years of overall experience in the IT field
• Extensive hands-on work experience in OIC (ideally OCI also)
• Experience in large-scale OIC implementation projects
• Must understand OIC Concepts like Services, Governance, Implementation challenges, etc.
• Proven ability to architect solutions using OIC, security, and other related technologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with individuals with varied backgrounds to negotiate compromises to enable the identification of a common concept of operations
• Experience creating architecture roadmaps and operation models spanning business and technology domains
• Solid understanding of external industry factors driving business and technology roadmaps
• Experience with SOA Migration to cloud, SOA re-architecture, high volume SOA architectures
• Candidates with following industry certifications are preferred:
  • Oracle Integration Cloud experience and certification
  • OCI Certification Foundation / Architect / professional
  • Experience in Java Technologies
  • Cloud Strategy, Design, EAI Patterns, Architecture and Migration

Good to have Skills:

• Ability to inspire confidence in technical approaches with in-depth domain expertise and clear, persuasive communications
• Experience in integration with CRM, ERP systems like Oracle E-Business Suite, Siebel CRM, Salesforce, etc
• Experience in integration with Oracle Cloud Applications like Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle Service Cloud, Oracle CPQ, etc., will be an advantage
• Experience assessing the risks, opportunities and business value of complex technical solutions and quantify them in a way that is measurable and meaningful to the business
• Experience with customers and business partners in their language and to understand their business processes and to translate those needs into IT architecture requirements
• Experience successfully work and partner across multiple functions (Business Unit / Enterprise)
• Experience competency applying architecture frameworks and business capabilities to support complex initiatives
• Experience designing large-scale IT solutions in a multi-platform enterprise (SAP, PeopleSoft, PDM, Oracle SOA, PeopleSoft)
