Senior Order Operations Specialist

As Senior Order Operations Specialist, you will be joining the Revenue Operations team in supporting a high growth, fast paced Sales and Customer Success org. In this role, you will play a key role in Airtable’s Quote-to-Cash process; your primary responsibility will be to ensure that orders are completely and accurately booked, provisioned, and order management-related inquiries are answered in a timely manner. The role will interact internally with the Sales team, Finance, Revenue Ops, Legal and Business Technology teams.Â

What you'll do- Lead a team of contractors to ensure orders are processed timely, completely, and accurately in accordance with executed contracts
- Resolve order management-related inquiries from internal teams in a timely manner, including serving as initial point of escalation
- Create and maintain Order Management process documentation
- Effectively collaborate and communicate with teammates and cross-functional partners to ensure scalable order to cash process
- Understand Quote-to-Cash systems and help Sales and customer structure arrangement that meets customer needs and adhere to company’s policies and guidelinesÂ
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and collaborate on system, processes, and tool solutions and continuous improvements
- Keep a “customer service” mindset, set fast but achievable SLAs, and maintain transparent and effective two-way communication with business partners
- Understand how your role fits into the bigger picture and proactively anticipate and address business needs
- 4+ years or work experience, with at least 2 years at an Enterprise Software company (in a Finance or Sales Operations role preferred)
- You have an aptitude for problem-solving, providing an empathetic perspective, and educating others
- You have an enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality and excel collaborating with cross-functional teams
- You work well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
- Ability to identify areas of improvement and propose necessary changes
- Comfortable communicating with Executive level decision makers
- Intermediate Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
- Experience with Salesforce.com and Workday Financials preferred

Compensation awarded to successful candidates will vary based on their work location, relevant skills and experience. The base salary range for this role is $134,000 - $181,000 for work locations in San Francisco, Mountain View, Seattle, NYC and LA. The base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $163,000 for all other work locations including remote.
