Summary
The OCM Senior Consultant will act as the liaison between the business units/client, technology teams, and support teams. The individual will work directly with our clients to understand their business/communication/ needs. This individual will also be responsible for ensuring that deliverables meet client standards and expectations. The successful candidate will work on multiple tasks simultaneously and be a team player.
The OCM Senior Consultant will report to the Project Manager or Change Management Lead (depending on the project).

The OCM Senior Consultant will report to the Project Manager or Change Management Lead (depending on the project).
Responsibilities
- Serve as a steward of the client's brand and manage a graphical approach
- Develop communication materials and maintain the project communication plan
- Develop slide presentations, communication, and other materials with a consistent look and feel
- Develop content and manage photoshoots and vendor photographer
- Lead meetings with SMEs, client management, and vendor personnel and manage change agent network
- Assess, document, and communicate client practices
- Coach and mentor project team and client as necessary in areas of change communication
- Develop, prepare, deliver, and evaluate stakeholder interventions and adjust the Communications and Engagement Plan as needed Identify opportunities for effective client engagement to promote readiness for change
- Partner with the client and SDI change resources, and the SDI project manager to craft and execute team building and recognition activities and events
Requirements
- 15+ years of change management experience with a strong focus on change communication and graphical look and feel
- Knowledge of current graphical applications and industry standards for the presentation of graphical material in multi-media sessions
- Communication development experience for internal and external stakeholders
- Understanding of various methods for delivery of key communications
- Strong business analyst skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into the application and operational requirements
- Possess strong oral and written communication to provide presentations to management
- A team player with the willingness to assist coworkers on other projects as required
- Strong facility with current graphical applications (Photoshop, Adobe, Captivate, and Microsoft-based applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project)
- Understanding of business analysis and project management methods
- Understanding of the System Development Lifecycle (Waterfall and Agile)
- Time Management
- Verbal and Written Communication skills
- Marketing/brand stewardship experience is strongly preferred
- Utility experience is strongly preferred
- Enterprise Asset Management experience - SAP, IBM Maximo, Hexagon (Infor), others desired
- General Consulting experience at a top-tier consulting firm -with emphasis on change communications is desired
- Must be able to obtain a badge from the airport
