About the Role

SaaS Academy is seeking a results-driven Senior Outbound Recruiter to partner with us on a 100% commission basis. This contract role is centered on delivering top-tier talent for all outbound recruitment requests, with a primary focus on Director to C-suite positions. Your established networks and expertise will enable you to consistently provide just-in-time talent, ensuring our leadership roles are filled efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities & Success Metrics

  1. Delivering Leadership Talent: Your main responsibility is to consistently deliver qualified candidates for Director to C-suite roles through your developed networks. You’ll be expected to meet all outbound recruitment requests with precision, ensuring that top-tier talent is available just in time to meet our needs.
    • Success Metric: Fill Director to C-suite positions with off-market talent, maintaining a high standard of quality and timeliness.
  2. Leveraging Networks: Utilize your existing relationships within industry networks, communities, and relevant groups to source and secure top leadership talent. Your ability to tap into these resources will be crucial in meeting our recruitment goals.
    • Success Metric: Effectively leverage your network to maintain a steady pipeline of high-caliber candidates for leadership roles.
  3. Just-in-Time Talent Pooling: Keep a consistently active and responsive talent pool, minimizing any delays in filling key roles.

Experience and Qualifications

Required

  • 6+ years of proven experience in outbound recruitment, with a focus on leadership roles.
  • Strong proficiency in sourcing and securing candidates through well-established networks and recruitment tools.
  • Demonstrated success in filling Director to C-suite positions.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results in a commission-based environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
