We’re hiring an experienced Senior Outside Sales representative to take over an established territory in Vancouver, Burnaby, and Port Coquitlam with an active client base. This role is a mix of account management and new business development, working directly with salon owners and beauty professionals.
What you'll do:
- Manage an existing book of business while continuing to grow the territory
- Call on salon owners and industry professionals on a regular basis
- Introduce new products, run demos, and support client growth
- Prospect and onboard new accounts within your territory
- Plan your own schedule and maintain consistent client coverage
What You’re Walking Into:
- Active accounts already generating revenue

What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience (outside sales strongly preferred)
- Experience managing a territory or book of business
- Comfortable with both account management and prospecting
- Organized, reliable, and self-directed
- Confidence, resilience, and persistence when overcoming objections
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Valid passport (occasional travel outside of Canada may be required)
Compensation & Structure:
- Independent contractor role
- On-target earnings $90,000+
- Commission-based structure with onboarding support
