Senior Paid Media Specialist (Senior Media Buyer)

Your role at Exness:

Our Digital Department is growing and we are currently looking for a Senior Paid Media Specialist with proven SEM Experience and track record of successfully managing PPC & CPM campaigns.

The location of this role will be in Limassol, Cyprus (hybrid approach). In case relocation is needed, we will support the whole process.

You will:

• Execute digital performance campaigns, which include managing Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, and UAC campaigns), Apple Search Ads, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and any other digital platform that will drive positive ROI
• Plan, manage and execute performance campaigns from account setup, and strategy to reporting
• Identify and test new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
• Work closely with the team lead to share improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
• Perform daily monitoring and optimization in accordance with KPIs set for each target GEO
• Monitor, evaluate, and present the performance of campaigns by generating weekly and monthly performance reports to the Team lead; analyze trends, goals, opportunities and other key performance indicators
• Stay on top of Performance Marketing industry trends
• Liaise with the Production Team for the creation of Assets that will be used on channels

What makes you a great fit:

• 4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Search
• Solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience
• Proficiency in managing large-scale campaigns
• Experience with Google Ads, and other relevant paid channels
• Knowledge of DV360, CM360
• Good understanding of ad-tracking and campaign execution
• Experience working in a metric-driven role focused on ROI
• Highly analytical skills and constantly seeking data to validate your hypothesis
• Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Strong listening skills, and an articulate presenter
• Experience with Google Analytics, Data Studio or Tableau is a major plus
• Media Buying experience with different platforms will be considered an advantage
• Fluency in English is a must; any additional language will be considered as an advantage
