WHO YOU ARE
You’re a digital marketing professional with substantial experience in search, display, and social media advertising. You know Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads intimately - maybe even better than the back of your hand. You find joy in both the creation of overarching strategies and the hands-on execution of campaigns. You get butterflies thinking about building memorable campaigns that hit your audience right at their core.
You’re not perfect, and you don’t let imposter syndrome stop you. You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves, do the “dirty work,” and make mistakes. The things that keep you up at night are figuring out how to drive in more leads, the nagging questions you have about different client personas, and what campaign you need to roll out next.
You are a team player who also shines in solo missions. Collaboration comes easy to you, but you can also steer the ship alone when needed. You’re always on the hunt for new tactics and strategies, and ready to share your knowledge with the rest of the team. Our industry changes fast, and you are ready to change right with it. You can move fast, but always pay attention to the smallest of details.
You take your work seriously but never lose the fun in the process. You enjoy working on a team where humor is part of the DNA, and a good meme is always appreciated. If you enjoy frog puns, you’ll fit right in.
