OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Senior Paid Social Strategist to join our Revenue department.

As a Senior Paid Social Strategist, you will have the opportunity to manage campaign strategy, launch, insights, and client/internal communications of assigned Paid Social accounts to achieve client goals (mainly ROAS and revenue driven). 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3 years of experience within the digital marketing and/or online retail industries
  • 2 years of experience managing paid and/or organic social campaigns and working with the associated platforms - Facebook, Pinterest, etc.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency, specifically Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups)
  • Experience interfacing with clients regarding paid social strategy and performance a plus
  • Experience creating reports, presentations, and other customer-facing deliverables

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Senior Paid Social Strategist on our Channel Solutions team, you will:

  • ​​Act as assigned Paid Social lead working across Facebook, Pinterest, and Tik Tok ads on a defined book of business, regularly managing and monitoring accounts, working closely with Customer Strategy Manager (CSM) to drive success
  • Develop and manage campaigns (campaign structure, audience research, ad copy development, etc) from information gathered from initial strategy call with customers all the way through launch execution & ongoing management
  • Perform account analyses as needed to find new areas of opportunity to improve performance, suggest new account strategies, or communicate value to our customers
  • Execute campaign adjustments per client requests, communicating necessary caveats and potential expectations of changes
  • Understand client business and goals to formulate strategy for assigned accounts, employing Quartile's technology to help manage performance to goals
  • Surface product and user experience feedback to internal teams as it relates to Quartile’s technology and tools
  • Continually stay up-to-date on industry trends and look for ways to apply new ideas
  • Attend regular trainings on Quartile’s product, interacting with key product leaders to ensure an understanding of how to work both within and alongside Quartile’s technology
