About the Role

The Twitch legal team is looking for an experienced person for the role of Senior Paralegal. You will provide support for commercial and IP agreements content partnerships Twitch esports productions and various marketing activations. This role is an excellent opportunity to join Twitch’s close-knit legal team build relationships with counterparts at Amazon legal and have fun tackling the complex issues of our user community.

This position can be located in San Francisco CA; Irvine CA; Seattle WA; New York NY; or remote within the US.

You Will:

• Draft and negotiate agreements for software SAAS advertising production talent content marketing and other commercial transactions.

• Counsel our teams on many legal and business issues including rights and clearances.

• Coordinate with diverse partners including esports procurement business development partnerships marketing sales and finance.

• Collaborate with legal team members to improve processes and ensure business demands are satisfied.

You Have:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent;

• 6+ years of experience navigating commercial transactions preferably in the digital space

• Experience drafting and closing commercial agreements and improving contracting processes.

Bonus Points

• Prior experience on a legal team at a media internet or technology company

• Knowledge of Twitch including esports / gaming UGC services and digital media business trends
