Job Overview
Manage the internal processes (e.g., contract review, legal holds, subpoenas, discovery, legal matter tracking and reporting, etc.) that are necessary to support effective delivery of legal services for the organization. Serves as the legal department's key contact for all legal requests for support. Provide day-to-day supervision of, and necessary direction to, non-lawyer direct report(s). Manages the organization’s contract management system, including coordinating intake, distribution (for review), and storage of contracts. As directed by the GC, support both departmental compliance (e.g., development of templates and standard contract provisions) and enterprise compliance processes (e.g., Code of Conduct management).
Minimum Requirements
1. Associate’s Degree or legal certificate required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. Completion of an ABA-Approved Paralegal program required; Paralegal license or certificate required.
3. Minimum of seven plus years of corporate in-house or law firm experience including healthcare contract administration.
4. The ideal applicant for this position will be self-motivated, project oriented and capable of communicating with a diverse range of clients.

Salary Range
$101,454.64 - $126,818.30 annually
