What we're looking for:The Senior/Partner Manager is responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships among ISV and SI partners in our referral and reseller ecosystem, while also developing strategies to increase revenue for Arcadia and the partner. The primary focus will be on ESG use cases, but will potentially expand over time. As a Senior Leader focused on our most important ISV/SI partners, you will help the Senior Director, Partnerships drive the growth and craft the future of ESG and carbon accounting in private and public organizations worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing business unit within Arcadia.
What You'll Do:In this role, youโll support, lead, and grow partnerships within our referral and reseller vertical, focused on our ESG and carbon accounting solutions.
- Own day to day relationships, enablement, operations, and success of the partners in our reseller and referral vertical, coordinating the development and management of both existing and new strategic partners
- Proactively implement (and help define) the partner strategy and drive engagement and top of funnel growth
- Work cross-functionally to drive partner success, establish priorities, identify new opportunities for growth within the partner ecosystem, and successfully run multiple projects with ease
- Establish and grow relationships with stakeholders throughout the ISV and SI partner organizations to increase consensus and investment in the Arcadia relationship
- Track and handle partner sourced sales opportunities alongside our sales teams and partner sales teams to increase win rates, attach rates, grow opportunity size, and accelerate time to close
- Manage day to day partner relations and field requests from partners
- Work closely with the marketing team at Arcadia and across our partners to facilitate, develop, and lead sales enablement and training plans to ensure partners are equipped to position Arcadia together with their integrated products as a solution to go to market together
- Work with the partner marketing team to develop marketing opportunities (including events and thought leadership) with our partners
- Evangelize the partnerships joint value proposition with Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Product, and Sales Engineering teams to ensure awareness and collaboration
- Prepare business strategies and territory/pipeline reviews to the Sr Dr Partnerships and the Arcadia leadership and executive team
- Responsible for supporting our ESG and partner go-to-market through both your dedicated team and the cross-functional ecosystem
- 5+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or account management/client success at a SaaS company
- Ability to optimally manage people cross-functionally and across partners, and resources in a complex environment
- business savvy, organization, and sales leadership to bring together teams of Arcadia sales and partner sales, marketing, legal, and product to deliver accelerated business growth for Arcadia and our ISV/SI partners.
- Possess the technical understanding to explain (not implement) ESG, carbon accounting, and utility data and our solutions to ISV and SI partners across sales, marketing, and others

Target Annual Compensation Range for this role will be $110,000 to $175,000. There will also be a competitive benefits and equity (bonus if applicable) component to the package. The exact compensation at which this job is filled will be determined by the skills, experience, and location of the qualified candidate.
