In this role, you will be a part of the Global Partner Marketing team with a focus on driving new booking opportunities for the partner and Adobe's DX business. This includes building scale and ABM programs that partners will benefit from by co-marketing with Adobe across content, awareness, demand, and sales enablement. You will work closely with partner management, global marketing teams, product, sales, and operations to build co-marketing plans that deliver value to the partners and Adobe. This is an opportunity to build something and really define the strategic tech partner program at Adobe working with some of the top tech partners in the industry.

  • Influence and lead the development of the joint value propositions on how Adobe technologies combined with our strategic Tech Partner offerings
  • Create compelling customer value and help bring messaging to market through the creation of Adobe's go-to-market marketing collateral, derivative assets, sales materials, and competitive information
  • Collaborate with product marketing and product management
  • Plan, manage, and track partnership marketing budget to fund all marketing initiatives, enablement activities, content creation, and customer evidence
  • Work with internal Adobe and partner teams daily to plan, manage, and execute on joint marketing commitments
  • Indirectly manage in-region and industry marketing teams to scale partnerships marketing across regions and sectors

Keys to Success:

  • 5+ years marketing experience, preferably with partners and/or in B2B
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to create clear messages and effective communications
  • Ability to think creatively while still measuring and tracking marketing success across programs
  • Desire to build and drive growth; find creative solutions to problems; and willingness to disrupt the status quo
  • Relentless customer-focused mindset and experience marketing Enterprise-targeted multi-product "Solutions"
  • Knowledge of the digital marketing and partner solution offerings and the ability to stay current on the changing market
  • Budget management experience across a global landscape
  • Natural ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, collaborative environment and drive outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to create integrated, cross-functional plans that strategically connect levers across product, marketing, sales enablement, communications, and demand
  • Be comfortable in the face of ambiguity, and lead through internal and external changing landscapes
  • Availability for travel as needed for partner and customer meetings and events
