Senior Partner Relationship Manager

The Partner Relationship Manager is responsible for leading and managing the nCino relationship with one or multiple consulting partners. This role acts as the steward or champion for the consulting partner(s) internally and works closely on behalf of the consulting partner across all internal nCino departments (sales, delivery, marketing, product, legal, ops) to scale and enhance the depth and reach of each of our consulting partnerships. Externally, the RM role serves as the nCino champion for our partners and is expected to cultivate relationships, problem-solve and drive growth and expansion opportunities with a focus on continual improvement across all facets of the partnership.
Responsibilities
- Manage and own the overall relationship between nCino and the consulting partner(s)
- Establish deep personal relationships with consulting partner(s)
- Represent the partner point of view internally at nCino
- Serve as a primary point of escalation for any departmental issues that are triggered by or impact the partner (sales, delivery, marketing, product, legal, ops)
- Drive annual account planning sessions to cover all facets of the partnership (sales, delivery, marketing, product)
- Drive bi-weekly partner meetings focused on continual partner improvement
- Drive and own all partnership and alliance agreement/documentation partner and nCino
Sales
- Work w/sales reps to manage partner pipeline and win business
- Work w/sales and delivery teams to ensure accurate scoping, resourcing and estimating during pre-sales process.
- Collaborate with sales and Professional Services to ensure project timeframes and project costs are established in line with nCino project methodology and best practices
- Delivery
- Work with Professional Services teams to continually drive best practice partner delivery
- Serve as point of escalation for nCino project delivery teams on partner issues
- Lead and drive partner training coordination, enablement and certification
- Administer salesforce orgs to partners
Marketing
- Work with nCino marketing team to lead and drive partner marketing plan and strategy
- Coordinate partner marketing activities (conferences, white papers, webinars etc)
- Work with partner enablement coordinator to drive adoption and engagement in partner community
Product
- Liaison between partner(s) and nCino product development and engineering teams
- Coordinate partner product ideas and concerns with nCino product teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 4+ years of Relationship Management, Banking, Consulting or Software experience
- Executive presence with ability to represent nCino with senior executives
- Problem-solving mindset (inquisitive) with an eye on continual improvement
- Ability to establish rapport and cultivate relationships
- Project management experience - the ability to deliver success
- Strong listening skills and impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible demeanor, adept at conflict resolution
- Ability to present in front of large audiences and react quickly to complex scenarios.
- Willingness to travel to partner/client locations both domestically/internationally.
Desired:
