*this role is open to remote working within the UK. Successful candidates will be required to travel to their closest UNiDAYS campus (London or Nottingham) on occasion.The role in a nutshell

As the Senior Manager, Partnership Marketing at UNiDAYS, you will drive the development and execution of our Brand Partnership activations.  You will manage our relationships with external agencies to develop strategic initiatives and sponsorship opportunities for our partners, developed with focus on passion points of students.  Internally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams across commercial, marketing, and product to ensure these projects are sellable for partners and delivered effectively through our owned-channels.

Day to day responsibilities 

Strategy Development and Planning

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop the partner marketing strategic initiatives for sponsorship in alignment with UNiDAYS' overall Retail Marketplace vision.
  • Leverage our Insights team to understand the needs and preferences of our audience to build and facilitate the selling of partner marketing initiatives approaches effectively.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams and Retail Leadership to set clear goals, metrics, and budgets.
  • Develop comprehensive partner & passion point strategies that align with and build upon  UNiDAYS' brand identity and marketplace vision.

Campaign Creation and Execution

  • Work with Commercial, Brand Partnership, and Agency teams to develop sellable initiatives to our new and prospective partners that bring UNiDAYS closer to students’ passion points.
  • Work with agencies, internal D&I and marketing teams to collate insights about our members and impactful partner-led campaigns & activations across multiple channels (and multiple markets) to drive awareness, consideration, acquisition and partner engagement.
  • Develop briefs for external agencies to inform their concepting for passion point strategies and activation concepts
  • Work with internal marketing to maximise integration and execution of partner campaigns with our overall Calendar and UNiDAYS Marketing campaigns
  • Project manage flagship activations through digital/physical production and delivery by internal teams and external partners

Analytics and Reporting

  • Utilise research, tools and analytics platforms to track key metrics on both brand metrics and campaign performance and how these metrics support our strategy.
  • Work with Agencies, D&I, Marketing, and Commercial Strategy Lead to generate reporting on completed activations and campaigns to support internal and partner-facing presentations.

What we need from you

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital/physical marketing activations.
  • Deep working understanding of brand marketing and brand activation landscape across multiple consumer categories.
  • Proven experience as a B2C marketing leader, with exposure to the demands of working within a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Extensive experience working with brands, creative agencies, and consumer-facing marketing channels
  • Fluency in English is required.
