Who we are:

The Allied European Partnerships Team is now entering its second year after a highly successful first year, based at the company’s UK head office in Soho and reporting into the Partnerships Executive Vice President in Los Angeles, California USA. The team is responsible for delivering brand partnerships across the UK & Europe for several major entertainment clients, while also working alongside the US and Global Teams on Global Activations (client-dependent).

We are looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to join the team and work across several clients in varied categories whether it be streaming, theatrical film, brand and/or gaming. 

We operate a hybrid working model where employees are office-based two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday) in our office in Soho, London. Employees are also welcome to use the office 5 days a week should they so wish.
Who are you:
The role of Senior Partnerships Manager would suit someone who is passionate about entertainment, gaming, arts, and culture as it relates to marketing and partnerships.
This individual will have the responsibility for planning, developing, implementing, and executing brand partnership campaigns for two of our leading entertainment clients. This role would suit someone who is both creative and collaborative as you will be working alongside the Partnerships Director, Manager and Executive to create standout brand partnership moments, telling compelling stories for our clients and brand partners, whilst driving tangible results.
Due to the varied projects and opportunities this client(s) presents, this role will suit someone who is proactive, organised with great attention to detail and has experience managing the day-to-day of a major client(s). The Senior Partnerships Manager should be excited about delivering exceptional results to the benefit of the client, partners, and consumers while driving sales, awareness, new acquisition, earned media moments, and more.
Job Responsibilities:
Work for the VP, Partnerships and alongside the Partnerships Director on delivery for our clients, responsibilities to include:

  • Best in class account management – acting as point of contact on all initial client enquiries and delivering standout service to key external stakeholders (brand partners).
  • Support the Partnerships Director with client strategy and responses to briefs.
  • Lead on client and partner-facing materials e.g., deal sheets, status reports and marketing calendars. Oversee/manage preparation and delivery of partnership recap reports alongside Partnerships Manager.
  • Build engaging pitch decks (presentations, concepts, etc.), demonstrating creative thinking and strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of tools.
  • Confidently pitching and presenting to brands alongside the Partnerships Director, including negotiating and securing agreements.
  • Support the Partnerships Director with day-to-day workflow management of the Partnerships Manager and Exec.
  • Compile contact details for promotional pitch lists and initiate outreach via cold-calling and cold-emailing.
  • Showcase efficient and creative problem solving when working with brands and clients on proposals to always ensure best outcome.
  • Research potential partners and industry trends and lead creative team brainstorms to identify new brands and opportunities.
  • Help foster a high performing culture that supports the goals of the company.
  • Have a presence on the team, offer solutions to challenges based on current or past experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally 4-5 years related experience.
  • Strong knowledge and passion for the entertainment industry preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Keynote.
  • Experience crafting pitch decks and presentations in PowerPoint and Keynote.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of personnel in-person, via email and on video calls.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritise, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Positive attitude, good persuasive skills, ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ambitious, resourceful, focused and goal oriented.
  • Creative thinker and problem solver, team player.
