We’re looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to grow and run Aspire’s partner channel, from working with our tech platform partners to building a referral network of ecomm & ad agencies to fuel the sales teams pipeline.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has experience building a partnership program from the ground up; you've overseen all types of partnerships from strategic platform partners to referral partners.

What you'll be doing
  • Own the partner program. From building out the strategy to sourcing partners to maintaining strong relationships internally & externally. 
  • Drive meaningful pipeline growth via referral partnership
  • Negotiate strategic partnerships and commercial legal agreements with partners.
  • Partner internally with business, product, engineering, and other key stakeholders across the company to advance roadmaps & strategic deliverables and enable partner-led go-to-market motions
  • Become an expert on Aspire’s platform, enabling you to have consultative and strategic partnership conversations with prospective partners 
What we’re looking for
  • 2-7 years experience in SaaS partnerships building partnerships programs
  • Proven history of building and scaling a partner program across various partner types: strategic, platform, agency.
  • Experience running your own business in Salesforce or equivalent CRM
  • Presentation skills and the ability to articulate the value proposition of partnering with Aspire
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail 
  • An understanding of the challenges that today’s brand marketers face

Our compensation philosophy: we use a market-based approach to compensation. This means we use a series of compensation tools to help us understand how companies value this role in the U.S. market based on function, level, geographic location, and positions benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. To comply with local legislation and provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Multiple factors, including geographic location, candidate experience, and expertise, determine final offer amounts and may vary from the amounts listed above. We have competitive pay bands for all other countries based on market standards.

The base salary for this role is between USD $100,000 - $115,000 annually.
