Senior Partnerships Specialist

Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Partnerships Specialist to help create, execute and measure best-in-class marketing partnerships with the world’s best brands. This position will report to the VP of Strategic Sales and be based in our Playa Vista office in Los Angeles. Our office operates under a hybrid schedule with Monday through Thursday in our Los Angeles office with optional WFH on Fridays.

What You’ll Be Doing 

• Ideate and build data-based, story-driven partnership proposals incorporating the full suite of Swift offerings.
• Manage all sellable inventory, including tiering, volumes, valuations and costs. 
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to identify, vet and execute partnership deliverables. 
• Lead communication with 3rd party research vendors; provide detailed reporting to clients and incorporate relevant data and insights into new pitches.  
• Interact with prospects and clients to support sales and service in all aspects of the partnerships process. 

What It Takes To Be Successful

• 5 to 7 years of experience in the marketing partnership solutions and/or partnership management field - esports experience preferred. 
• Deep knowledge of sponsorship and marketing data and analytics.  
• Strong understanding and comfort working and communicating with sales teams and brands.
• Digital background media or marketing background is important since our partnerships are based in digital media. 
• Self-starter who wants to be in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Ability to clearly communicate horizontally and vertically within the organization. 
• Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative and solutions-oriented approach.
