Lili is seeking an enthusiastic Senior Payments Expert to join us on our mission to empower freelancers and small businesses with financial services.

In this role, you will:

• Build and implement innovative solutions to address key customer needs including invoice payments and P2P payments in a cross-functional environment through banks, other payment platform, and 3rd party vendor integrations
• Deeply understand current payments capabilities, use cases, and friction points
• Create, implement and manage related policies and procedures
• Implement and monitor a legal and regulatory framework 
• Define performance goals, metrics, and success criteria and establish an associated reporting and monitoring structure
• Design and execute fraud prevention strategy including any system implementation and chargeback processes
• Partner with the compliance officer to ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws
• Develop subject matter expertise of new payment products, business processes, and application flows to manage and lead changes, issues, and other operational support needed

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience working in the payment industry, implementing different payment solutions
• Detailed knowledge of the payments market preferred, demonstrating a clear understanding of customer, market, conduct, regulatory, and competitor trends.
• Proven ability to undertake financial analysis.
• Demonstrate leadership skills 
• A self-starter with ground-up abilities 
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment 
• Experience with a startup company - a plus
• US Fintech ecosystem knowledge - required
• The position can be based in Tel Aviv or NY
