• Assist the team to ensure timely payroll preparation / follow-up of the HR administration/processing for around 400 employees throughout EMEA.
• Act as an interface between the Finance and HR departments. Provide timely information to the finance team for financial reporting and audits.
• Support employees with questions related to pay and benefits.
• Define and maintain up-to-date HR and Payroll policies, procedures and records in compliance with local legal requirements
• Find ways to improve and align international HR Operations Processes
• Support with managing the local Time and Attendance System
• Assist with managing HR systems for EMEA including working with the global HRIS team to ensure consistent use

• An interest in developing your career within HR and Payroll across EMEA region
• Drive to build own knowledge of international work regulations
• Fluent in German
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Have a high level of initiative
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Recent graduates will also be considered
