Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly qualified and proactive Senior Payroll Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the efficient management of all payroll-related activities ensuring accuracy and compliance with labour regulations.
• Solid experience on people lead / coordination project leadership.
• Comprehensive Payroll and Regulatory Compliance
• Process Optimization.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Previous experience of 3 to 8 years in the entire process of personnel administration and payroll.
• Solid experience on Leadership team.
• Ability to work well under pressure.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Payroll experience
• Fluent Spanish and/or Portuguese (Brazilian) language knowledge
