Senior Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our global workforce. If you have a minimum of 7 years of payroll experience, with a strong proficiency in utilizing UKG, we want to hear from you!

This hybrid role is based out of our Santa Clara, CA headquarters. The salary range for this position is $116,000-$129,000. In addition to salary, you will receive equity (RSUs) with strong near-term growth potential, comprehensive healthcare, paid time off, and other benefits.

In this role, you will:

• Process end-to-end payroll for our United States, Canada, and Mexico employee base, ensuring accuracy and adherence to payroll policies and regulations
• Collaborate with HR teams to maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates for payroll purposes
• Verify and reconcile payroll data, including timesheets, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports, payslips, and other payroll-related documents
• Stay up-to-date with local, regional, and international payroll laws and regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees regarding payroll inquiries and issue resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll systems and processes
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity of payroll information

We would love to hear from you if:

• You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in payroll processing within a global environment
• You are proficient in utilizing payroll software, preferably UKG Pro
• You have excellent knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
• You are familiar with equity processing and reporting
• You are attentive to detail and have the ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
• You can multitask, prioritize, and meet strict deadlines
• You take pride in your accuracy and numerical aptitude
