Fast-growing data analytics and technology company is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to join the team to support the Payroll Manager and assist with processing of 500+ employees. This role will start on a contract basis with the opportunity to convert to full-time.

Responsibilities:

• Process employee timecards, prepare payroll checks, 1099's, W-2 forms and quarterly payroll taxes and process payroll, including payroll adjustments and statements
• Address and support employee questions/discrepancies related to payroll and benefits
• Maintain, update and ensure accuracy for all payroll and benefit records
• Compile data and prepare reports and payroll account reconciliations

• Bachelor's degree
• 5-7+ years in a similar role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now
