PURPOSE: This position processes pay for Expatriates along with the associated work. Additionally, this position is responsible for financial close tasks associated with these pays: DeferredComp, Management fees, Inter-company billings, Hypothetical tax (entries, accrual reconciliations, proper tax treatment etc.)

JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)

• Processes semi-monthly payrolls for monthly payroll for Expatriates.
• Prepares Stock Option and Top Hat disbursement transactions, ensuring proper tax treatment and W-2 reporting.
• Participates in various payroll projects including acquisitions and consolidations.
• Responsible for Hypo-tax accrual, works closely with outside VIALTO to ensure proper accruals and other expat associated reporting
• Prepare Hourly and Salary HSA and 401k funding on a timely basis
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations
• Prepares various analyses upon request.
• Responds to requests from internal/external auditors: includes reporting, documentation.
• Assumes additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed or directed.
• Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company's 2025 Strategy.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years' experience required; Minimum of 10 years' experience in lieu of degree
• CPP preferred
• Experienced with payroll practices and knowledge of laws for various states with ability to research laws and regulations
• Strong Accounting knowledge
• Solid understanding of payroll tax
• Ability to follow-up on tax filing discrepancies
• Knowledge of ADP reporting and Vantage software
• Keen attention to detail and able to meet all deadlines
• Demonstrate advanced computer skills such as MS Excel, Word, SAP and HR Databases
• Ability to make solid and rational decisions regarding payroll technical issues
• Developed communications and writing skills
