Senior PE Engineer - Software. Troy, MI. Assist Product Cybersecurity Manager in defining product cybersecurity plans (concepts, problem resolution, change management, risk management, vulnerability management, incident response, etc.). Support product teams with threat modeling and security mitigations. Assist in analyzing customer cybersecurity requirements. Provide input during product planning and development. Provide independent evaluations and solutions to problems. Approve product cybersecurity documents and provide oversight of cybersecurity processes, standards, and regulations. Assess cybersecurity merits of new technologies. Analyze new and emerging threats. Oversee implementation and integration of new standards, regulations, processes, and technologies. Support compliance to cybersecurity standards by evaluating, identifying, and implementing cybersecurity tools for Product Development Process (PDP) cybersecurity work product delivery (e.g. SBOM, TARA). Requires Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, or Electrical Engineering and two years of experience as a software engineer in the automotive industry. Experience must include: analyzing software requirements, creating software specifications and designs, generating code for embedded processors, performing AUTOSAR integration, and use of MISRA, CANoe, Lauterbach, and ISO26262.
