Senior People Analytics Reporting Analyst

The Senior People Analytics Reporting Analyst will serve as the primary reporting lead for our People Analytics team. The person in this role will design, build and rollout people-related dashboards and reporting practices. This person will empower the HR function to integrate data and insights into their daily work and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the HR team to identify key people metrics that will provide a better insight into the health of our organization.
• Own the design, build and rollout of relevant reporting dashboards.
• Interpret data to assist in planning and developing human resource management decisions used for staffing, productivity and training
• Build out the reporting practice and cadence for leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Engage and collaborate with cross-functional partners across all departments and teams to answer business questions.
• Help identify key insights and track emerging trends to inform our people decisions and narratives.
• Conduct ad-hoc reporting to support evolving business needs, insights to influence critical initiatives and support quarterly reviews.
• Ensure accuracy by performing a final quality review of all reports produced.
• Perform regular data integrity audits of underlying source data.
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about HR OKR strategy, adjustments, and progress.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with people data, reporting, and analytics
• A desire to work in a growing and fast-paced environment
• Familiar with SQL, Python and/or R
• Experience with data visualization BI tools such as PowerBI
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of the organization
• Experience working with large datasets and identifying data quality issues
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Ability to multi-task with an exceptional attention to detail and audit mindset
