We are hiring a Senior People Business Partner, who will act as a strategic partner to the organization, helping drive business objectives through effective human resource strategies and practices. The Senior People Business Partner will work closely with key stakeholders in designated business units to develop and implement talent management strategies that align with organizational and departmental objectives.
What You'll Do
- Partner with leaders and key stakeholders to understand the business needs and develop effective talent management strategies to drive business objectives. Participates in regular meetings with respective business units
- Act as a consultant and trusted advisor to leaders and employees, providing guidance on a wide range of HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, talent acquisition and employee retention
- Provide coaching and feedback to managers on people management, best practices, leadership development and team effectiveness
- Facilitate and support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives, including talent review and succession planning, performance management, learning and employee engagement
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to deliver key initiatives, including learning and development, diversity and inclusion and HR analytics
- Champion talent management to ensure improved attraction, retention and development of staff which drives the performance of the business and builds the long-term bench strength to critical positions
- Monitor and analyze HR data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous improvement in HR practices
- Ensure equitable and consistent management of the company's compensation programs working with Total Rewards and senior management in reviewing business needs and market data to ensure competitiveness within the market and ensure retention of key talent
What Experience You'll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years as a Human Resources Business Partner / People Business Partner role, supporting a singular or multiple business units
- Demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders, including C-suite executives, to develop and execute HR strategies
- Experience building trusted relationships, developing and coaching individuals at all levels of the organization
- Understanding of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations
- Ability to use data to drive decision-making
