The Role
The People & Culture Team at PFF knows that the best businesses are built by the best teams. Our team is looking for a Senior People & Culture (HR) Generalist who is passionate about supporting our employees in our day-to-day people operations, can promote positive employee relations and engagement, and help evolve and maintain an internal culture that our employees love. We’re looking for a polished, self-motivated, resourceful, and reliable doer who loves the details and organization. What You’ll Do

  • Manage the new hire on-boarding process end-to-end, including facilitation of background screening, I9 verification, and handling of new hire paperwork
  • Facilitate and coordination of employee off-boarding activities with internal stakeholders
  • Conduct Exit interviews and provide quarterly analysis of trends and recommendations
  • Providing support and guidance to managers and employees on corporate policies and practices
  • Partner with managers to finalize job descriptions to ensure job descriptions are current, compliant, and maintained
  • Provide recommendations on updates and changes to employment actions and processes 
  • Conduct and document workplace investigations, as needed
  • Support Talent Acquisition activities and hiring managers, including maintaining data integrity in our ATS system (Greenhouse)
  • Maintain and update documents and information on company shared drive
  • Assist and facilitate performance management  program, to include database maintenance, report generation, and employee & manager training sessions
  • Recommend new approaches, programs, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of services performed
  • Drive OSHA compliance in our manufacturing and HQ locations
  • Support employee data reporting, audit, and data integrity initiatives
  • Manage and track employee referrals program, reward & recognition program, employee relocations, and coordinate with Finance to process payments
  • Assist with other projects as assigned

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
  • 4+ years’ working experience on Human Resources, People Operations, and/or People & Culture teams
  • Ability to quickly understand and explain HR policies & processes
  • Superior attention to detail and accuracy
  • High integrity and ethics
  • Positive and empathetic approach to HR
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and effectively handle highly sensitive and personal information with sound judgment
  • Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools. Must be able to easily navigate multiple portals
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Superior email etiquette; knowing what to say and how to craft the message in a professional manner
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational skills; strong creative problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with TriNet, Small Improvements, Greenhouse ATS, and Google Suite highly preferred
