Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior People Operations Analyst to join our growing Planning Operations and Analytics team. In this role you will play a key role in using data to drive insights and inform decisions related to our most valuable asset: our people.
This is not just another analyst role. You will be a strategic partner working closely with leaders across the organization (including senior leadership) to identify critical business challenges and use people data to tell the story behind the numbers. You'll have the opportunity to:

Influence impactful decisions: Your analyses will directly inform key initiatives in areas like talent acquisition employee engagement performance management diversity & inclusion and organizational design ultimately shaping the future of our company.

Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with teams across the organization including HR Finance and business unit leaders to understand their needs and deliver data-driven solutions.

Gain senior leadership support: Present your findings and recommendations directly to senior leaders with the opportunity to influence their strategic decisions and drive meaningful change.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. statistics economics mathematics computer science).

7+ years of experience in a people analytics or related role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional skills in Excel and Data Visualization tools (Tableau Looker etc.)

Experience with HRIS and ATS systems (e.g. Workday Greenhouse Ashby etc.).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bonus Points:

Master's degree in a related field.
-
Proficiency in statistical software packages (e.g. R Python).

Strong SQL skills and familiarity with BigQuery
-
Experience working in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.
