Senior People Operations Manager

Why this role is important to Field Nation:
This person will be the driving force in shaping the future of People Operations in our Bangladesh office. This creative and forward-thinking individual will drive innovation in talent acquisition best practices, lead People Operations initiatives in tandem with our US counterparts, and foster a culture of high performance and growth! This is a hybrid position with an office in Uttara, Dhaka.
What you'll get to do:
Talent Acquisition:
- Craft a global hiring strategy that showcases Field Nation's competitive advantage.
- Guide recruiters to create a seamless hiring journey for both candidates and managers, with prompt feedback to ensure a smooth process.
- Boost Field Nation's presence in the Bangladesh talent market by continuously improving our employer brand and building relationships with key educational institutions.
Business Partner + Team Leadership:
- Collaborate on both short and long-term strategies in Bangladesh, while working closely with the US People Operations team on global strategies.
- Strike a balance between business objectives and employee advocacy, championing win-win solutions.
- Foster a dynamic culture through timely feedback, creating a supportive environment, and promoting leadership development and teamwork across both US and Bangladesh teams.
Employee Experience:
- Maintain a favorable employee experience in our hybrid culture by building both professional and social connections for remote and in-office employees.
- Cultivate a positive journey through the entire employee lifecycle.
- Guide leaders through HR related issues and ensure compliance with Bangladesh laws.
- Strive to retain top talent by developing roadmaps for growth at Field Nation.
You might be a good fit if you have:
- 4-year degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Psychology, or related field
- Masters in Business Administration or other related fields
- 6+ years of prior Human Resources/People Operations experience
- 3+ years of high-level recruiting experience
- Prior experience working with a Global organization (highly preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language
- Extensive experience in HR, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, compliance, leave management, training development and performance management
