Senior People Operations Specialist

To support this rapid adoption of the marketplace model, and take an active part in our growth, Mirakl is looking for a Senior People Operations Specialist to join the team. 

Your Impact:

The Senior Operations Specialist is fully integrated into a multicultural team and plays a key role in making Mirakl HR practices smoother, more consistent and more efficient. They are instrumental in making the People Experience highly enjoyable for the Americas region at Mirakl.

What you will do at Mirakl:

• Develop and manage core people processes - employee onboarding/offboarding, immigration, leave requests, etc.
• Manage key elements of the HRIS implementation project & PEO to in-house project
• Maintain accurate records in the HRIS, payroll & benefits systems, and other third-party systems. Interface with multiple providers, countries, etc. 
• Support the People Partner team by managing day-to-day operational tasks and workflows
• Collaborate with the People Ops team in EMEA and ensure consistent HR practices and activities
• Conduct audits, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements
• Lead compensation changes, position changes, and relevant documentation
• Assist with policy revisions, and other people team projects as assigned
• Participate in global HR projects, such as tools’ implementation, etc. 
• Total Rewards: Ensure that our compensation and benefits packages support our efforts to attract and retain top talent. 
• Benefits administration, including responding to questions and requests from Mirakl team members
• Benefits plan design and benefits broker relationship management

What Mirakl is looking for in a Candidate:

• Strong track record in a People Ops or Generalist lead role in a global organization

• Rich knowledge of HRIS, PEO, and payroll & benefits systems
• Creative and detail-oriented 
• A proven knack for automating processes to save time and improve efficiency
