Your Impact.Benefits & Total Rewards
- Support the management and administration of People processes, programs, and policies including benefits, audit, payroll, compliance, HRIS, employee relations and more with internal and external partnersÂ
- Play a lead role in the planning and execution of HealthJoy's Open Enrollment Program
- Manage employee leave of absence programs in coordination with employees and external vendorsÂ
- Consult with People Team and business stakeholders on best practices to ensure compliance and promote best practices
Communication & Problem SolvingÂ
- Act as a trusted partner during key employee lifecycle events such as onboarding, leave of absence and offboardingÂ
- Understand global organizational needs to drive solutions that are compliant, efficient, scalable, and reflect HealthJoy’s values
- Partner directly with People Team and cross functional stakeholders to enhance the employee experience and create positive organizational change and transformation
HRIS & Analytics
- Improve employee lifecycle experiences in ways that are easily accessible and intuitive, promoting self-service across HRIS and other available platforms
- Assist in producing people data reporting and use people analytics to identify opportunities for people process/experience improvements
- Support the administration of internal and external HR systems, including maintaining employee information, making system changes, troubleshooting and completing frequent audits to ensure information accuracy & integrity
- Identify trends through data, conduct analyses, and propose and implement systematic operational solutions across multiple People data-related matters and processes
- 4-7 years of professional experience in a Human Resources organization supporting benefits administration; a combination of start-up, remote and/or global environments are strongly preferred
- PHR / SPHR or PMP preferredÂ
- Effectively communicates, build trust and creates a positive experience through employee lifecycle eventsÂ
- A strong track record of follow up and detail orientation
- Sought out collaborator and influencer with a strong ability to problem solve with stakeholders at all levels of the organization Collaborative and organized partner who acts with a sense of urgency and adapts to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Superior project management, organization and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to navigate in complexity, build new processes, operate autonomously and thrive in ambiguity
- Experience understanding organizational issues and driving solutions
- Expert time manager with an ability to negotiate and navigate competing priorities
- High level of discretion and confidentialityÂ
Job Level: 30
Base Compensation Range for Job Level: $90,000 - $110,000Â AnnuallyÂ
The cash compensation above includes base salary only. Certain roles are eligible for additional cash incentives such as commission, annual bonus targets, overtime pay or other variable incentives.

This strategy is based on several factors unique to each individual, including: 1) the skills, experience and qualifications of the individual; 2) the responsibilities and demands of the role; 3) analysis of external market data; and 4) company budget and financial performance.Â
HealthJoy is a remote-first employer. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.Â
At HealthJoy, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each role and individual.Â
